THE ACC PRIMARY CARE CLINIC

The ACC Community Health Center focuses on implementing preventative methods, improving quality of life, and advancing healthcare access and addressing cost issues. Located in Dearborn, our early roots allowed us to target the Arab and Chaldean population, moving towards present day service to all. With current and ever changing economic issues, this program, funded by the Michigan Department of Human Health Services and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Foundation, provides support to those who are unemployed with limited access to health services. Within the program, our process includes proactive outbound communications to those without health insurance, resulting in medical attention at little to no cost.

Services include but are not limited to general health assessments and screenings, lab work, EKG, breathing treatments, injections, preventative care, medication applications and referrals.
