Eligibility Specialist

A Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Eligibility Specialist is available on-site to help you navigate applications, answer questions, and connect you with essential resources.

    Apply Online: Start your application anytime online through MI Bridges, and then stop by our office to follow up or get assistance with your case.

    Apply In-Person: Come straight to our office to complete your application with us (please note: applications filled out on-site typically take about 24 hours to process into the system).

    Walk-In Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 201 W. 7 Mile, Detroit, MI 48203.
