Rulah is the Director of Accounting at ACC. She is a certified Tax Associate and holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. She directs and executes all budgeting, financial analysis, external reporting, and oversees the ACC finance systems implementation. She has an in-depth, skilled perspective and understanding of accounting principles. Prior to joining ACC, Rulah began her career as an assistant auditor across the private CPA and banking industries. She has been with ACC for 23, having joined the organization for the mission, culture, vision, and values. Her personal mantra is “everyone can help someone, so do the best you can.”

Kimberly Hassan
Director of Program Development
Kimberly Hassan is the Director of Program Development for ACC. Through her nearly 20 years at ACC she has held many roles. Kimberly joined ACC back in 2005 as a youth health education coordinator, then quickly moved over to special projects. Since 2012, she has dedicated most of her efforts towards the Refugee Health Program and in October of 2021 she was promoted to her current role as Director of Program Development. In 2003, Kimberly moved to Michigan from Florida where she previously worked as an elementary school teacher. Kimberly has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a specialty in Early Education. With a passion and drive to help others she took her background in education and applied it to human and social service when joining ACC. As part of her role, Kimberly represents ACC on a number of boards such as: Southeastern Michigan Regional Refugee Resettlement Collaborative, Oakland County Health Equity Council, Oakland County Health Division’s Access to Care Coalition and the Detroit Immigration Task Force. Kimberly resides in the city of Novi with her husband and three children.
Stephanie Jones
Director of Human Resources
Stephanie is an HR professional with over 10 years’ experience working in a variety of different industries. She has an extensive background in numerous HR affairs, including full cycle employee recruitment & retention, benefits & compensation, and legal compliance. She has a passion for people by balancing the needs of the business and demonstrating successful win-win compromises. Stephanie has earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development, Master of Business Administration and has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) since 2017. She has been a part of the ACC’s management team for over one year. She truly enjoys working at ACC because we have a strong sense of camaraderie and excellent work ethic. Also, management prioritizes the well-being of the employees and offers support at all levels within the organization. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends.
Becky Brown

Becky graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development. She began her career in Human Resources specializing in non-profit organizations. Her background in talent strategy, recruitment, training and development, accreditation, wellness and benefits administration and labor relations are at the core of role and continued success at ACC. Becky drives real results, and in turn makes a true impact within the organization. Becky’s passion for mission driven organization is what led her to ACC in 2022. She loves enriching the professional lives of ACC’s workforce. Becky resides in Clawson and is a mother of two.
Fadi Saadeh
Director of IT
Fadi is the Director of IT at ACC. He holds a Master’s Degree in Hardware and Computer Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Master in Management from Damascus University. Fadi began his career as a member of the Intelligence Transportation Tram research team and U of D Mercy where he developed a network lab that was later adopted by Grand Valley State, and prior was a computer engineer at Pauling Middle East Dubai. He was the Network Engineer at Techenterprise before joining ACC in 2009. His role at ACC gives him an experience that merges his expertise with purpose. He lives by the mantra “Avoiding problems costs more than resolving them.”
Marie Harb
CPA/Controller
Marie Harb is the CPA and Controller at ACC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College. She is a licensed CPA. Prior to joining ACC, Marie worked in private accounting as an auditor and then later in the nonprofit world. She has been with ACC since 2017, driving the management for all areas of accounting including financial statement preparation and analysis and supervision of the accounting and reporting staff. Marie is motivated by making ACC a better place, working with like-minded peers and being a part of the culture. She is a mother of three and enjoys traveling.

John Daoud

John joined ACC in 2002, a multilingual professional who worked prior in the private sector as the CEO of Al Long Ford and as the GM of Century Chevrolet. Mr. Daoud holds an MBA from Western University and Bachelor of Arts of Albion College. John currently serves as a State Commissioner on the Michigan Commission on Middle Eastern American Affairs appointed by the Governor of the State of Michigan (2 terms – past vice chair), as Board Member/Trustee of the Lions of Michigan Service Foundation, Council Chair for the Council of Governors for the Lions Clubs International Multiple District 11 encompassing the entire lower peninsula, and is a Leadership Detroit Class of XX alum. John previously served the community through his involvement in the Ford Fund Multicultural Advisory Committee and on the DTE Community Advisory Council for twelve years. Mr. Daoud has sat on many boards both nonprofit and private. He has served on the Salvation Army Advisory Board as VP (3 terms), as a board member for the Detroit Historical Society (2 terms), Macomb County Board of Michigan Works appointed by the Mayor (3 terms), SE MI Leadership Collaborative MDCR Sector Chair, Eastern Michigan University Advisory Board – Det. Campus Northwood University Parent Association charter member, Board Secretary on the board of the Greater Detroit Agency for the Blind & Visually Impaired, and as Treasurer Hispanic Business Alliance in Detroit.
John’s role at ACC allows him to achieve his personal mission of helping people become self sustaining contributing members of the greater community. John is empowered through ACC to help grow programs through innovation.
Walid Gammouh
Director of Multicultural Services
Mr. Gammouh immigrated from Jordan in 1979 in order to pursue an education in social work. In 1982, he graduated from Spring Arbor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Social Work. Walid returned to Jordan to serve in the Jordanian Army, ultimately coming back to the United States to marry and start his beloved family. In 1988, Mr. Gammouh earned his Master’s in Social Work from Wayne State University. While working on his degree, Walid joined the ACC as a social worker. Mr. Gammouh pioneered the ACC Mental Health Program. In 2001, he became a social worker for the Oak Park School District, where he later transitioned to the Lamphere School District. There he developed multiple after school tutoring programs for Iraqi and Syrian Refugees. As needs proliferated, his programs were extended to families of the Madison Heights district. In 2010, Mr. Gammouh was awarded the School Social Worker of The Year. Mr. Gammouh is the host of a live middle eastern radio program focusing on family and cross-cultural issues – The ACC Radio Program. In 2020, he became the Multo-Cultural Service Director and clinical Coach at The ACC. His extensive experience in mental health with specialization in individual, family marriage, trauma, and crisis intervention contribute widely to his critical role at ACC. He was also appointed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer to the commission of services to the Aging MI Macomb. He invests his time in each person and is proud to serve his community as a Jordanian American for over 42 years.
